The challenges and feats that my couples face leading up to the point of their marriage leave me endlessly inspired and thankful to know them. Evelyn and Isaiah faced long distance head on, which led them to the happiest day of their lives! Isaiah lived in Chicago while Evelyn lived in New Jersey, but nothing could not stop this love. In their incredibly sweet vows, they both wrote that despite the challenges of long distance, “it was always worth it.”
Their Kolo Club wedding in Hoboken, New Jersey was all sorts of amazing! Evelyn did an amazing job on the DIY decor, like the polaroid guestbook seating chart idea! So fun, creative, and adorable. As you probably know by now, portrait time is one of my favorite parts of the day whether it’s right after the first look or as the sun starts to set, and this stunning wedding day was no different! We had THE most magical pastel pink and orange sunset over the city skyline. Their December wedding was all around such a great day that was simply romantic just like Evelyn told me she imagined it would be.
Evelyn & Isaiah are always so much fun. I love looking back on their engagement session at Point Pleasant where we spent the day together enjoying a quiet boardwalk, cotton candy, and arcade games! Feel free to check out our Point Pleasant adventure here to read about how Isaiah proposed during such an important time of need for Evelyn!
Evelyn and Isaiah, I love you two so very much and wish you both a lifetime of happiness!
