Grace and Peter got married in Grace’s lovely rural PA hometown of Elverson. With beautifully done DIY decorations, fun floral bridesmaids dresses, lots of wildflowers, and this stunning location, their wedding was a dream! I truly loved getting to photograph Grace and Peter’s big day and celebrate their marriage along side them.
Their wedding took place at Historic Poole Forge, a gorgeous park in Pennsylvania. I loved all of the stone architecture, red covered bridge, and just fields of beautiful open space. Everything was carefully planned and put together, and all of the hard work Grace and Peter put into making this day special truly paid off. Grace HAND-DREW the invitation suite, and ceremony program. Right?! I know so impressive. (I am totally keeping my copy of the invite forever because it’s BEAUTIFUL!) The reception was a DIY masterpiece. The florals were all put together by the bride and bridal party. Grace made these jaw-dropping, tissue paper flower chandeliers for the reception tent, along with hand painted wooden signs. And one of my absolute favorites, there was a Family Tree display, with family and wedding photos from the bride and groom’s parents, grandparents, etc. Such a beautiful tribute to their families’s legacy of love.
Grace and Peter are two of the sweetest people ever. They had so much joy and love for each other on their wedding day that I simply couldn’t help but smile while photographing them. Congratulations Grace and Peter!!! I am so happy for you guys, and so grateful to have been part of your day!!

Grace and Peter’s first look was SO sweet! 🙂
We had so much fun exploring the venue for our creative bride and groom portrait time. These two make such a beautiful couple.
How amazing are these bridal party dresses!?!? I am in love with the colorful florals, and rich blues.
Two of Grace’s sisters also got married in this church, as well as some of her close friends. So this location had extra special meaning. Also, just wait til you see how adorable the flower girl and ring bearer are!!!
Check out this DIY dream of a reception!! SO in love with all of these details and decor!
Loved these quick sunset portraits with the newlyweds!
Grace’s brother was unable to attend the wedding, as he’s currently abroad serving in the Army. He’s a big country music fan, so at the reception, in his honor they played a couple of Darius Rucker songs. It was a very sweet emotional moment, and a perfect tribute! And especially being the country music fan that I am, I absolutely loved it.
HUGE thank you to Ryan for being such a fantastic second shooter and assistant. <3 <3
