You know it’s an incredible engagement session, when you’re smiling ear to ear and doing happy dances behind the camera the entire time! 🙂 I had a BLAST shooting Ashley and David’s engagement session at Lusscroft Farm!! After searching through a bunch of farm locations, when we finally came across Lusscroft Farm, we immediately knew it was the perfect spot! This place is an absolute dream location with a gorgeous barn, rustic buildings, and wide open grassy field! (My love language!)
When I asked Ashley about how she and David met, she told me their story and, boy is it a good one!! I love the serendipitous kind of way they connected!
Funny story how we met – I went out to meet my best friend, Lindsay, at the biergarten in Jersey City after work. I actually couldn’t find parking and was getting frustrated so I was about to go home, when another friend came out and helped me find parking. Lindsay’s roommate was there with a guy she was dating and he actually brought his best friend to meet Lindsay. Welp, David and I actually hit it off and the rest is history.
The way that Ashley and David smile at each other and share the most easygoing laughter, is simply contagious! After spending even a little bit of time with them, you can just tell these two joyful, animal-loving, sweethearts have so much fun doing life together. They’re a perfect match. I adore these two, and I can’t wait to photograph their Park Chateau wedding next year!
