These summer family photos at Windward Beach Park in Brick, NJ were so much fun! I love getting to see multiple generations together and take photos of them that will be cherished by the whole family for years to come. I had the pleasure of photographing Steph & Patrick’s newborn session with their son two years ago. When Steph reached out about a big family session to celebrate her mother-in-law’s birthday, I was so excited to photograph them again! It’s always my favorite to reconnect with my clients over many chapters in their stories! I loved seeing how their newborn baby has grown into a handsome toddler, and getting to see him with his crew of cousins was extra special!
Windward Beach Park was an amazing setting for family photos! With the beautiful greenery, a private feel, calm waters, and pier stretching out over the horizon, it was picture perfect! The added bonus of a beachy feel without the wind made it an ideal location for some great family lifestyle pictures!
I loved how this family coordinated everyone’s outfits! If you need inspiration for family photo outfits, this one is a great example to take notes from! The coordinating color palette with blues and neutrals and a few patterns sprinkled in, worked so well! The colors look beautiful paired with this location and work well for all the different combinations and groupings we did!
