Melissa and Michael chose to celebrate their first year of marriage with an anniversary session at Hamilton Farm Golf Club. Revisiting the location of their wedding was such a thoughtful touch to make documenting this milestone even sweeter. I always love anniversary sessions. I am a big believer in photographing every season of your love story, and anniversaries are such special celebrations. We had the most perfect fall day with some beautiful sunshine and gorgeous foliage! I am so excited to share all my favorite photos from this session! But first, just a little bit of their love story!
Melissa and Mike first met through a friend years ago. Melissa said, “We were friends for a while before we started dating and the rest is history! We have been together for 6 years and along the way have made many unforgettable memories – from buying our 1st home, welcoming two fur babies into our family, and to traveling numerous places throughout our time we have been dating. We are super excited to take this next step in our lives!”
You’ve got to hear how Mike proposed to Melissa! Melissa gave me the inside scoop! She said, “Our proposal took place on 10/4/2020 at Tranquility Farms when we were pumpkin picking with my family. It was very unexpected, and I was very shocked! Fall/pumpkin picking is one of my favorite things to do so it was the perfect proposal that we will be able to ‘relive’ each year when we go pumpkin picking at our favorite farm in our hometown.”
Last October they tied the knot at the gorgeous Hamilton Farm Golf Club venue in Gladstone, NJ. And now they’re celebrating their one year marriage anniversary!
Melissa & Mike, thank you so much for allowing me to photograph another special chapter in your love story! As always, I had the best time with you guys! Cheers to one year of marriage in the books, and so many more to come!! I love you guys! xoxoxo
