Their Wedding: Indian Trail Club Fall Wedding
James & Michelle’s Indian Trail Club Fall wedding was so dreamy! Between the colorful fall foliage, gorgeous color palette, and perfect weather…this day was such a dream come true! Michelle & James waited so long for this day, it was extra sweet and so special to finally get to celebrate with them! It was also a treat to work with one of my favorite coordinators Jennifer Tolento and her incredible team! I can’t wait to share so many favorite images, but first, their love story!
Their Love Story
When I asked Michelle to share with me one thing she loves about James, she gave the sweetest answer. She said, “James is always there for me no matter where I am. He will drop everything in a heartbeat just to make sure that I am ok. He always makes me feel safe and most importantly we make each other laugh.”
They first met back when Michelle was 15 or 16 and James was 17 or 18. Michelle said, “We used to hangout at the mall with our friends every Friday. Yup, we were “mall rats” I remember I was with one of my best friends Kate. We were standing outside, then this goofy kid came up to us and started making jokes. I remember thinking that James was a little weird and I had never seen him there before. After that day he was at the mall every Friday night so he became friends with a lot of the people I knew…we didn’t become good friends but we knew of each other and talked once in a while, but it was years later that he came down to visit me in Philly out of nowhere and that’s when we connected.”
“Out of the blue James messages me on Facebook and I hadn’t seen or spoken to him since I was 16 years old! (Apparently he had a crush on me all of those years in between) we started talking and he decided to come drive to Philly and visit me at school. I didn’t think he was serious at first but that weekend sure enough he was there and the rest is history.”
Michelle & James described their perfect Saturday as “sleeping in and then making pancakes. Then maybe go see a movie and out for a nice dinner afterwards. Then come home get a nice bottle of prosecco and relax. Maybe even invite some friends over!” I adore these two and their love story is the sweetest!
To the Newlyweds
Michelle & James, thank you so much for having me be a part of this incredibly special season! I am so grateful for you two! It was so amazing to finally get to celebrate with you guys! I can’t wait to see all that lies ahead in this next chapter! Cheers to the newlyweds!! xoxo
