Their Wedding Day: Florentine Gardens NJ Wedding
Amanda & Hussain’s Florentine Gardens NJ wedding was absolutely STUNNING! Every last detail was elegant and perfectly put together. From the gorgeous all white florals to the gold framed mirror seating chart, everything was absolutely beautiful! I also loved all the meaningful ways they included their children in their day! Their son had his own first look with Amanda which was so sweet! And Hussain’s eldest daughter walked him down the aisle during the ceremony. Their son also brought his baby sister down the aisle in the cutest wagon! Their reception was an incredible party, and every one of their guests had a BLAST! I loved so much about this day, and I can’t wait to share a whole bunch of my favorite photos! But first…their love story.
How They Met
The way Amanda & Hussain first met is one of my favorite stories! Amanda gave me the scoop: “Funny Story: So, I got into a car accident one night (not the funny part). But any who, after the accident I went looking to purchase a new car. My father wanted me to go to Audi, so in my head I was like if I am looking at an Audi I might as well go to Lexus, because I had always wanted a Lexus.”
“So, I walked into the showroom in my gym attire after a workout. Then out of no where comes this guy that wasn’t actually supposed to be my sales person but he took the next person which was me. If it wasn’t for the fact that the guy who was supposed to take me didn’t, we would’ve never met. We met, I bought a car, and I had to leave so we found out we lived in the same town.”
“He ended up coming to my house to show me the car and ended up telling me we should go out for a drink at a place he heard was good. We pull up to the place, and funny thing is, it was Blu, my best friend’s dad’s bar/restaurant. We had drinks and my friend ended up working that night and was our bartender. It’s all a funny story and fun to look back at now.” How sweet is that?!
The Proposal
You have to hear how Hussain proposed! Amanda said, “We were in St. Lucia at the Grande Sandals. One night we had a candle light dinner on the beach. As we were getting our photo taken Hussain turned and said I have something to ask you. The song “To The Moon and Back” by Luke Bryan, and during that song he made a speech and proposed which I teared up and loved it all.”
