Deep Cut Gardens Proposal & Engagement | Allie & Matthew

Their Proposal: Deep Cut Gardens

Matt reached out to me sharing his plans to propose to his now fiancee, Allie, at the gorgeous Deep Cut Gardens! He wanted to capture photos of the propsoal and then a full engagement session following the big moment! It was absolutely perfect! 🙂

Deep Cut Gardens is such a beautiful location, and he surprised Allie by planning a “date night” to walk the gardens then go out to dinner nearby. In reality, Matt planned the BEST date night of asking Allie to marry him, taking photos, and then enjoying dinner with all their family and friends at home to celebrate!! I’m so grateful I got photograph this special moment for them, and document this “JUST ENGAGED” day! 🙂

Matt did such a great job planning the most thoughtful proposal, and taking Allie by complete surprise! 🙂 It was perfect.

Their Love Story

Allie and Matt had gone to school together since they were little kids, but only really became friends in high school when they sat next to each other in psychology class. Allie said their teacher always used to yell at them to stop talking during class! 🙂 When I asked Allie & Matt to share with me one thing they love about each other, Matt said, “My favorite thing about Allie is her smile and her glowing presence/personality. Every time she’s in a room she has her very own specific glow to her that brightens up the entire room.” Allie said, “My favorite thing about Matt is his genuine heart. He wouldn’t hurt a fly. That boy truly is the best of ’em.” Seriously, these two are the sweetest, and such a perfect match for each other!
