Their Session: Hoboken Engagement Session

Libby & Mike’s Hoboken engagement session was a blast! I love these two and had so much fun photographing them in some iconic Hoboken locations. From Pier A Park to the cobblestone streets & brownstones, to the shoreline with the most stunning skyline view. This session was incredible! I have so many favorite photos to share! But first…a bit of their love story!

Their Love Story

Libby and Mike first connected via Hinge! Libby told me about their first date. She said, “Mike booked us a spot for drinks at the Dead Rabbit in NYC. When I first met him, it felt like I knew him my whole life. We both felt so comfortable with each other.”

You’ve got to hear about how Mike proposed! It’s such a good story. As Libby tells it, “Mike loves to race. He was doing a 50K in Florida and he told me that he needed me to be his water girl. I was at the finish line of the race and he got down on one knee. I was completely shocked and wasn’t expecting it at all. It was the best proposal and I was so surprised he thought it all out!”

When I asked them to share one thing they love about each other, they gave the sweetest answers. Libby said, “I love that Mike is always cheering me on. He always my biggest fan and soulmate. It’s the smile that really gets me.” Mike said he loves, “Libby’s big doofy smile and how genuinely caring she is.”
