Kirsten & Tom | Puppies and Pumpkins Fall Session

When Kirsten first reached out to me, I instantly knew I’d love photographing her and her husband (and their furbabies). Kirsten and I both share a love for all the cozy fall things like sweaters, coffee, and the rural countryside, (and not to mention dogs!), so from the first email Kirsten was speaking my love language. 🙂

Kirsten and Tom have been married one year (as of the summer), and recently adopted a puppy named Marley to add to their little family, giving their lovable dachshund Maple a new brother! They wanted to mark the occasion with the best way I can think of – a photo session to document this new season for the Albano clan!

We had planned to shoot at this little historic schoolhouse in Branchburg, NJ and then find one of the many beautiful open fields of tall grass nearby. But at the start of our session, we hit the location jackpot when we stumbled onto this AMAZING pumpkin patch!!! It was nothing short of magical. On top of these dreamy landscapes, and a perfectly overcast fall day, Kirsten and Tom were so much fun to photograph. So much joy and love just radiates from these newlyweds and you can’t help but smile when you’re around them. You can just tell that Kirsten and Tom were made for each other (and to be puppy parents). 😉

Thank you Kirsten and Tom! I loved getting to know you guys and photograph your sweet family! I hope Marley and Maple got to have lots and lots of cheese when they got home!
