Their Session: Morris Arboretum PA Engagement Session
Colleen & Guido’s Morris Arboretum, PA engagement session was so DREAMY! I’ve never seen a more beautiful and lush rose garden with so many different types of blooming florals! It was the most stunning location choice, and fit these two perfectly! I loved spending the evening hanging out with Colleen and Guido, and photographing their love. They are head over heels for each other, and so sweet together.
I LOVED taking photos at Morris Arboretum, and have WAY too many favorites from Colleen & Guido’s engagement session. 🙂 Before I dive into sharing all my faves, let me tell you about their love story!
Their Love Story
When I asked Colleen & Guido to share with me one thing they love about each other, Colleen said, “Guido has one of the kindest souls. His generosity, motivation to serve and help others, and his strong faith is what attracts me the most.” Guido said, he loves “her kindness and how driven she is.”
Colleen told me all about how she and Guido first met, and I’d say they’re meant to be. 🙂 She said, “Guido and I met on Hinge. I was always stubborn when it came to downloading any online dating apps, but when we were in the midst of a global pandemic, I knew my chances became even slimmer of ever meeting someone, so I decided to give it a try! A few months later (June 2020), this Italian, spikey haired guy named Guido, came across my profile, and then it was history. Rocky Balboa has always been his hero, and was one of the first of many things we bonded over. He finally found his Adrienne!”
Guido proposed to Colleen on New Years Eve in the sweetest way! Colleen said, “On NYE, Guido took me to the top of the Rocky steps (Philadelphia Art Museum) and when we got to the top of steps there was a violinist playing music. After some nervous moments/awkward slow dancing, he got down on one knee and proposed!” Seriously, how cute are they? I can’t get over how sweet these two are and how perfect they are for each other!

Colleen and Guido, thank you SO much for having me be a part of this special season and capture your love story. You two are truly a joy, and I’m so thankful for you both! I cannot WAIT to capture your Ryland Inn wedding next summer! But in the meantime, soak in every minute of being fiances and enjoy the wedding planning process!
