Their Session: Santa Monica Couple’s Session
Alina & Moe’s Santa Monica Couple’s session was so much fun! These two were traveling through Southern California and booked a session to commemorate their trip! They chose the pier and park in Santa Monica for some iconic SoCal backdrops! We had the most perfect golden light and an absolutely beautiful day for their session! I am so excited to share these photos, but first I’ll share a little bit of their love story!
Their Love Story
Alina & Moe have such a cute story. As Alina says, they have “a modern love story. We are both pretty low key; we like basketball and good food.” When I asked about their typical date nights Alina said, “These days we both work a lot and so our dates are spent at home on the couch with our dog, Louie, who usually snores away while we are watching reruns of Friends.”
Moe actually proposed to Alina at home on the couch while they were in sweats, and before he had a ring! Then, later, Moe picked out a ring, spoke to Alina’s dad, and set up a sweet proposal in their apartment (candles & rose included!) It’s so special to have that memory in a place that’s meaningful!
They got married last February at the Roundhouse Hotel in Beacon NY! It was a stunning winter wedding and I had the privilege of capturing that sweet milestone for them!
