Sarah & Alex | NYC Museum of Natural History Engagement Session

Sarah and Alex met in their senior year at Babson College and became good friends before they started dating 6 months after graduation. Four and a half years later, Alex proposed to Sarah on a mountain top during a ski trip in Colorado. They were visiting Sarah’s brother who is in the Army and was based in Colorado at the time, so he was able to be a part of such an exciting and special occasion.

These two are so much fun and like to do things in a way that’s uniquely them. From Sarah’s jaw-dropping sapphire engagement ring and their awesome wedding festivities that will take place at Hudson Farms, to their honeymoon plans to travel to Africa, I love that Sarah and Alex always bring something different and exciting to the table. Needless to say, when Sarah told me she wanted to take their engagement photos at the American Museum of Natural History in NYC, I was pumped! I hadn’t been to the museum before, but had always wanted to go. And to get to experience it while photographing the love that Sarah and Alex share…the BEST! We went to the museum right when it opened and made our way through these incredible exhibits, even getting some of the rooms all to ourselves! I’m so excited to share these photos!

Thank you Sarah and Alex for an amazing day!! I can’t wait for your wedding next year!! 🙂 You guys are the best!
