Sherri and Brian are high school sweethearts, and have been married for 35 years. They recently celebrated this milestone with a vow renewal ceremony and celebration with family and friends. When their daughter, Lisa, contacted me about photographing their 35 year anniversary vow renewal, I was ecstatic. Anniversaries are something that’s super close to my heart, and the vow renewal ceremony made it all that much more special. It was such an honor to photograph these two and tell their story.
I loved all of the meaningful details they incorporated, like their first wedding photo and the engraving Sherri had done on Brian’s wedding band to commemorate the landmark anniversary. Sherri wore her daughter, Lisa’s wedding veil, and her something blue was Brian’s heirloom diaper pin with with charms, pinned to the inside of her stunning Adriana Papell gown.
It was such a joy to spend time with with these two and their wonderful family. Sherri and Brian, thank you so much for having me photograph this special day! Cheers to another 35 years of love, family, and happiness to you both!
