I was SO excited to team up with Stephanie and Michelle on their vision for this shoot. It was a little different than what I normally do with more of an urban and romantic vibe and I ended up loving every minute of it!
As you can tell from the images below, we wanted to celebrate the juxtaposition of softer elements like pink skirt, marble tea pot, and florals, with more urban elements like leather jacket, strappy shoes, and location.
Michelle found this couch and thought to incorporate it into the shoot and also had the BRILLIANT idea to shoot by that skyline view across from her apartment! Love it!! Also, that gorgeous marble tea set is Michelle’s – an amazing consignment shop find!
The incredibly beautiful handmade hair pieces by Mac and Zoe were so amazing and, Michelle masterfully incorporated them into many stunning hair designs. I was also totally obsessed with movement of pink dress! I just couldn’t get over it.
And the florals contributed by Kerry! So unreal. She is so talented and her work is so unique and fresh. Her florals totally contributed to the look we were going for and I think they really add the finishing touch!
