Their Wedding Day: The Venetian Winter Wedding, NJ
Lauren & Billy’s Venetian winter wedding was an elegant and classic celebration of their marriage! After waiting a long wait because of the pandemic, when their wedding day finally came, it was EXTRA special! There was SO much joy, so much excitement, and pure love filling every minute of the day. I loved getting to be a part of Lauren & Billy’s wedding, and getting to photograph so many special memories. I have a million favorite photos, and I can’t wait to share them! But first…their love story!
Their Love Story
These two have such a cute story! Lauren told me, “Billy & I met in high school over ten years ago but we were just buddies then. Our friendship outlasted most when we headed off to college. We remained close and always took the time to grab coffee when we were home on breaks – but still just as friends. Then one Thanksgiving Eve, all of our high school friends decided to go out together. The tequila was flowing and we started kissing. We have been together ever since!”
The Proposal
You’ve go to hear how Billy popped the questions! As Lauren tells it, “Billy’s proposal was perfect. Billy brought me to the city under the illusion that we were celebrating our five year anniversary. Our first date was magical and also in NYC so we spent most of the day reminiscing. It was a few days before Christmas so it was nice to just enjoy the alone time before the craziness of all the family festivities. Billy guided me to Bethesda Fountain where he proposed down on one knee.”
