Their Wedding Day: Waterloo Village, Stanhope, NJ

Molly & Tim’s fall wedding at Waterloo Village in Stanhope, NJ was one of those feel-good, warm, and joy-filled kind of days. From start to finish, their wedding day was filled with meaningful details, sentimental moments, and so. much. love. Way back when Molly first reached out to me, she shared about their vision for their day. She told me, “Our floral palate will include white, green and pops of yellow! Sunflowers will be the main flower. We love them because they are bright, cheery and warm. They will also complement the fall foliage backdrop. We want our wedding to capture who we are as a couple. Our vision for the theme of our day is love. We hope our family and friends will leave our wedding feeling compelled to love and be generous to others.” I think their wedding day accomplished exactly that. 🙂

I was SO excited to get to work with my videographer besties ToneMedia again for Molly & Tim’s day. Steph and Justin are incredibly talented story tellers and amazing videographers!! Any wedding that I get to wrok with them is always a little extra special!

One of my favorite details of the day was Molly’s perfume! Molly wore Coco Mademoiselle by Chanel. That was her mother’s favorite perfume, and was such a beautiful way to honor the memory of her mother. Scent is so strongly linked to memory, which is why I always love when bride’s choose a special perfume to wear on their wedding day.

Molly and Tim are two of the sweetest souls you’ll ever meet, and are absolutely perfect for each other. They have such a beautiful love story – let me share a bit of it with you before we dive into all the fun from their wedding day!

Their Love Story

Molly and Tim first met when they were set up on a “blind date” by Tim’s mom and Molly’s aunt. Their first date was at Millie’s in Morristown back in February of 2015. They hit it off right away on that first date, and then many more dates followed. Molly told me, “Over the years we have become each other’s best friends, cooking partners, walking/talking buddies, community service teammates, church goers, prayer warriors, uplifting motivators and forever companions. Our relationship has blossomed into a beautiful love story that focuses on God, giving to others and unconditionally loving each other.”

Want to hear how Tim popped the question? As Molly tells it, “Our proposal was absolutely magical! Tim surprised me with a visit to Highlands Castle in Bolton Landing, NY. While at the castle, Tim sent me on a scavenger hunt around the castle to find him waiting outside on the stone terrace overlooking Lake George. What a beautiful moment we both will never forget!”

When I asked Molly & Tim to share one thing they love about each other with me, Molly said, “I love Tim’s genuine, giving heart. He is always thinking about how he can help others through his actions and his words. Tim encourages others to become the very best versions of themselves. This is one of his best qualities!!!” Tim said, “I love Molly’s patience, understanding and ability to meet people where they are at in life. And her smile!”
