Their Session: Divine Park & Spring Lake Beach
Before I started studying photography, I was actually in the Industrial Design program at Montclair State University – and that’s where I met Sara! We had design classes together back in the day, and it was SO nice to reconnect and capture this exciting season for her and her fiance, Paul! When Sara reached out to me about taking some beach engagement photos, I was so pumped! 🙂 I am over the moon excited about all the photos from their session! These two killed it with their up for anything attitudes, fun and playful nature, and their sweet dance skills! Seriously, these two can do a dip like no one else! I can’t wait to share some of my top favorites, but first let’s dive into a little bit of their love story!
Their Love Story
Want to hear how these two first met? I love this! Sara told me, “We were set up on a semi-blind date through my uncle’s girlfriend and Paul’s mom. We each received each other’s phone numbers and planned to meet at a sushi restaurant near my house. We had a nice dinner and before he said goodbye to each other he kissed me!” I’d say that Sara’s uncle’s girlfriend, and Paul’s mom have some pretty good matchmaking skills!
Paul recently proposed to Sara on Sunset Beach in Cape May with a beautiful ring made with his grandmother’s diamond. So sweet and special!!
I asked Sara to describe what her and Paul’s perfect Saturday together would look like, and she said, “A perfect Saturday would be waking up a little later than normal and we would make breakfast together. Afterward we would go for a bike ride and have a picnic for a late lunch.” 🙂 Sounds pretty dang good to me!
Sara & Paul shared with me one thing that they love about each other! Sara said, “I love Paul’s patience and relaxed personality.” Paul said, “I love how sweet, loving, and honest she is.”
