The Ryland Inn Golden Sunset Wedding, Whitehouse Station, NJ | Christina & Erich

The Ryland Inn has been a hot spot for all the wedding dreaminess this year, and I am so excited that I got to come back for a wedding in the Grand Ballroom venue on their property! Christina and Erich’s romantic and elegant wedding day had such all the perfect touches that made their day feel so entirely like them! The ballroom has gorgeous high ceilings and unique chandeliers, and every inch of the room was full of so much love from their family and friends!

Seriously, everything about this wedding day was unreal. I especially loved their sweet first look that had us all tearing up and the stunning golden hour husband and wife portraits. The last few times I’ve been to The Ryland Inn have been a little cloudy or rainy, but Christina and Erich’s day had the most perfect golden sunset! Such a dream to have a couple who is up for anything…including running barefoot through the field, with that gorgeous golden sky in the background. Yep – these are my people!! I can’t wait for you to see those, plus all of the gorgeous details like Christina’s stunning getting ready robe and their amazing invitation suite! Major heart eyes for this whole day!

These two love birds met on a dating site in NYC! Christina was super reluctant to use a dating site, but Erich was her first and only date ever from it! So, looks like things worked out pretty well! 🙂 They never expected that to happen, but they both knew right away that they had something so special! Christina told me all about how unexpected Erich’s perfect proposal was: “For the proposal Erich really caught me off guard which I loved. He had planned a trip to Maine for us but on the night before we left he surprised me at home in our apartment in NYC. He didn’t want me to think something would happen in Maine and ruin the surprise. We all celebrated that night and leaving the next morning for our vacation was even more amazing!” How sweet and such a great way to celebrate such exciting news! And I just love how these two do date nights – they love having dinner a quiet cozy spot with wine and good food and it’s almost always followed up with ice cream after! They love to walk around in the city afterwards when it is quieter, especially when they are near Central Park (where we went for their engagement photos!)! How perfect. 🙂

Christina and Erich, your love is magical and your wedding day was such a beautiful reminder of that! I’m so excited for all of your new adventures to come, and I can’t wait to see your love story continue to grow! Congratulations, newlyweds!! So so happy for you two! Love you both xoxo
