Cherry Blossom Spring Lake Engagement Session | Marissa & Alex

Their Session: Cherry Blossom Spring Lake Engagement

Marissa and Alex’s cherry blossom Spring Lake engagement session took place at the stunning Divine Park and nearby beach. We were so lucky to still have some gorgeous blooming cherry blossoms, and Marissa & Alex were up for anything, including laying down in a pile of pink petals! Anything to get the shot! 🙂 After Divine Park, we headed to the beach for more pictures. Their whole engagement session was filled with laughter, love, and joy. Marissa and Alex were naturals in front of the camera, and I am so excited to share some of my favorite photos from their session. But first, let me share a little bit of their love story!

Their Love Story

When I asked Marissa and Alex to share with me one thing they love about each other they gave such thoughtful answers. “I love how giving and caring Alex is. He is my absolute best friend and partner through everything,” said Marissa. Alex added, “I love how loving, thoughtful, and genuine Marissa is! She’ll always tell you the truth, good and bad. We basically have the same brain – we each pick up where the other leaves off.”

How They Met

“We met actually at Alex’s brother’s wedding, and I was there attending the wedding because his brother married my good family friend – small world!” Marissa told me when I asked about how they met. It really is a small world – fun!
