Their Wedding Day: Phoenixville Foundry Wedding

Sierra & Ryan’s Phoenixville Foundry wedding was such a memorable day. Their day was filled with joy, fun details, AND their sweet furbaby, Buffy, made an appearance. One of my favorite special details was their “sip n solve” giant crossword puzzle at cocktail hour! Such a fun touch for their guests to enjoy!

When Sierra first reached out to me about wedding photography, she shared a little bit of their wedding day vision. She said, “I want to go with a very timeless, elegant feel. We want to mix blues, greens, and white as our colors. We want the celebration to be a reflection of who we are as a couple.” I’d say they absolutely nailed the vision! Their day was perfect celebration of them as a couple! I can’t wait to share so many favorite photos…but first, their love story!

Their Love Story

I asked these two to share with me one thing they love about about each other. Sierra said, “Ryan balances me out! I can get very anxious and worked up about things, but he is always there to help work through the problems and calm me down.” And Ryan said, “Just one? There’s so many! Sierra keeps me on my toes and is always there to keep me organized and makes want to strive to be the best partner for her.”

These two met on hinge and had two virtual dates before meeting in person. They told me, “Technically, our first “date” was a video chat on Hinge! Sierra wore a t-shirt that she thought Ryan wouldn’t notice (he totally did) and we talked for about an hour. We had one more virtual date before meeting in person for dinner. Sierra was late and had to parallel park on the street, hoping Ryan wasn’t somewhere watching her bad parking (again, he totally saw everything lol). We talked all through dinner and had such a fun time we saw each other again later that weekend!”

Sierra told me how Ryan popped the question! She said, “Ryan proposed in Mallorca, Spain on 8/14/22 right before we attended a concert for one of my favorite artists. He said he had to outdo the concert.” When I asked them to share something they love about being engaged Sierra said she loves “knowing that we’ll spend our lives together!” Ryan said, “it’s a way to show everyone how much I love her and that I can’t wait to spend my life with her.”

To the Newlyweds

Sierra & Ryan, thank you so much for having us photograph your wedding day! It was absolutely incredible from start to finish, and we are so honored to have been a part of it! You two (and Buffy, of course) are so much fun, and celebrating your love was incredibly special. I can’t wait to see all the joy that lies ahead for you two in this next chapter! Sending all my love and the biggest hug! xoxo
